Undercastle Cottage

It would be hard to find a more peaceful, idyllic setting than this..... a secluded, "eyebrow" thatched cottage situated at the bottom of a woodland track in the heart of the New Forest, fronting the Hampshire Avon with water meadows stretching out beyond. From the cottage there is immediate access onto the wood and open heathland of The New Forest and for keen fishermen more than half a mile of private fishing - rowing boat available on request.

Undercastle Cottage is a green oak, timber framed cottage built to a traditional design and to very high specifications. The interior is very tastefully furnished and includes interesting antique pieces. Two outhouses, close to the main cottage 'The Fishing Lodge' and 'The Hayloft', provide additional sleeping accommodation making this an unusual and highly desirable holiday property. Awarded the top 5 star grading, Gold Award for exceptional quality of accommodation, by Visit England it also featured as one of The Times "50 best cottages in Britain", February 2016.
