This 4 star gold award self catering accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the New Forest within minutes walk of the River Avon, award winning Sandy Balls Holiday Centre (family swimming pass included), shop and local pub overlooking the New Forest. Ideally situated for cycling, walking, fishing and horse riding. There are many places to eat out locally; formal restaurants, relaxed country pubs or takeaways. The property is beautifully appointed with modern amenities, perfect for families and couples wishing to explore the local area or just relax in style. Short breaks Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday during low season. Utilities and linen are included. Book direct with the owner or through this website to avoid agency fees.
Wayside is adjacent to Sandy Balls Holiday Centre and we include a family pass for their swimming pool. All the other facilities are available - cycle hire, beauty therapy, amusements, restaurants, bars, shops and gift shop.

From the North or East: Follow the M27 Motorway and leave at junction 1. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the B3079. When you reach the village of Brook turn left onto Roger Penny Way, the B3078. Continue for 7 miles until you reach Godshill. You will see Sandy Balls Holiday Centre on your right at the bottom of the village, a further 100 metres take the next right onto a gravel track "Wayside" is the second house and is at the end of this track. From the West: From either Salisbury or Ringwood follow the A338 until you reach Fordingbridge. You do not have to enter Fordingbridge town centre - Godshill is clearly signposted from the ring road. Follow the B3078 out of Fordingbridge and up the hill for approximately 1 mile. As you drive into Godshill you will pass the entrance to Arniss Riding Stables on your right and a gravel track on your left as you enter a 30mph area and then you'll see Sandy Balls Holiday Centre on your left ahead of you. Turn left into the next gravel track half way between the 30 sign and Sandy Balls. Wayside is the second house and is at the end of this track.
