Brought to you by the Hinton Admiral Estate, the first-ever New Forest Food Festival is the perfect day out for you and you family this Summer. Taking place over two days in the heart of Hinton, Christchurch (just off the A35) on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th August.
Rich in local produce, artisan foodies & makers, internally-renowned chefs, unique skills and intricate craft – this is the fantastic New Forest and we are bringing it all together this summer for one delicious weekend.
Indulge yourself in a weekend of delicious food & drinks guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds. There will be something from everyone from mouth-watering burgers, Tex-Mex, Seafood, traditional hog roast, craft beers, award artisan coffee to Asian-fusion and much more.
Our demo tent will house demonstrations from local chefs including Chef Patron Colin Nash from Colin Nash @ The Retreat (Hinton), Executive Chef Alistar Craig from The Montagu Arms Hotel (Beaulieu), Senior Sous Chef Callum Jellicoe from The Balmer Lawn Hotel (Brockenhurst) & Awarding Winner Chef & Chocolatier Christian Oner from Salt & Co (Dorset).
Festival vibes will be provided from noon onwards on both days from our music line up providing a blend of rock, country, pop and folk music from DJ’s & live bands including Mudeford & Sons, Emma Hardy & Emerald Falls. Nothing quite like live music in the sun, with a cold beverage and delightful food surrounded by family & friends.
For the kids we will have face painting, braids, a fun fair and the outdoor learning company or free family activities through the day. Plus the new forest bloodhounds and their new litter will be onsite to provide a touch of local heritage & cuteness to the festivities.
Discover something new in our craft market which will showcase work from local and regional crafters. A diverse selection of stalls offering textiles, jewellery, soft toys, paints, ceramics, wood-crafts, soft furnishing and much more.
Free parking is available in the field next to the festival event field or if you are travelling to us by rail, we will have a free shuttle bus running from Hinton Admiral Station between 10am – 6pm both days which you can easily spot using the designated bus stops.
Early Bird Tickets: £8 for Adults, Under 16’s are free – get them while you can as will rise to £10 a week for the event
