This trail starts at Hanger Farm Arts Centre, a restored Grade II listed timber framed barn, and heads up and around the Iron Age hillfort of Tatchbury Mount. Going past Morrison’s through the houses you’ll emerge from an underpass into the New Forest National Park where the trail takes on a completely different character. Modern noises drift away as you journey back in time along some of our oldest routes.
